Terms of Use

These terms apply to vikiangels.com and the Viki Angels mobile app for iOS and Android. By creating an account or using either one, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use them. Questions go to info@vikiangels.com.

Who can use it

The app and its live streams are for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. The website itself is open to everyone.

Your account

You can sign up with an email address, with Apple or with Google. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; what happens under your account is your responsibility. Give accurate information, and keep to one account per person.

Community rules

The app has live chat, private messages and gifts, so everyone has to follow the same rules. You may not:

Harass or threaten. No bullying, stalking, threats or targeting of any person, including the creator and other viewers. No hate. No content that attacks people for their race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or age. No sexual content. No nudity, sexually explicit text, images or links, and no requests for them. No spam or scams. No repeated or unsolicited messages, advertising, fake giveaways, phishing or attempts to take money or personal details from others. No illegal content, impersonation, or sharing other people’s private information. No abuse of the app, such as hacking, automated access or trying to get around a mute, ban or purchase.

Moderation, reporting and blocking

Moderators can mute you, delete your messages or remove you from a stream, and Viki Angels can suspend or ban an account at any time when these rules are broken. Serious or repeated breaches lead to a permanent ban without a refund.

You can report any message or user from inside the app, and block anyone so you no longer see their messages. Reports are reviewed, and clear violations are acted on, normally within 24 hours. You can also write to info@vikiangels.com.

Your content

You keep ownership of the messages and other content you post. By posting it, you give Viki Angels a free, worldwide licence to store, display and show it inside the app and the live streams so the service can work, including in replays and moderation records. You promise that you have the right to post it and that it follows the community rules.

Subscriptions, credits and coins

Subscriptions, message credits and coin packs are sold through the App Store and Google Play, and Apple or Google takes the payment. Prices are shown in the store before you buy.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, at least 24 hours before the renewal date; deleting the app does not cancel it. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

Purchases are refunded only as the App Store or Google Play refund policy allows, and you ask them, not us. Credits and coins are virtual items: they have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, cannot be transferred to another account, and are not refunded once bought or used. Credits earned by watching rewarded ads are a free bonus and may be changed or withdrawn.

Live streams and replays

Live streams are shown when the creator goes live, and there is no promise of a schedule. Replays are kept for 7 days after a stream and are then removed. Streams and the app may be changed, paused or taken down without notice.

Deleting your account and ending use

You can stop at any time. “Delete account” under Profile removes your account and the data stored with it; see the Privacy page for the details. Deleting the account does not cancel a store subscription, so cancel that first, and unused credits and coins are lost.

Viki Angels can end or limit your access if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if the service is closed.

Disclaimer and liability

The website and the app are provided “as is”, without a promise that they will always work, be free of errors or be available. Other users’ messages are theirs, not ours.

As far as the law allows, Viki Angels is not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages arising from using the website or the app, and total liability is limited to what you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law, or liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of mandatory consumer rules in the country where you live.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. If you keep using the app after that, you accept the new version.
